We are hiring a Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness and service, and facilitate smooth coordination within the team. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support daily operational activities, ensuring all assigned duties are completed efficiently during each shift. Uphold and enforce high standards of cleanliness, discipline, and service excellence across all work areas. Facilitate effective coordination among team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene regulations, and reporting protocols. Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality management or a related supervisory role is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative team attitude. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as business demands. Demonstrated reliability, strong discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
